Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Chief Judge Scott Boalick will deliver introductory remarks, and Chief Judge Barbara M. G. Lynn, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, will deliver a keynote address. The program also will feature an overview of LEAP and a panel discussion regarding development opportunities for newer practitioners.
