will discuss the resources we provide on subject matter eligibility, with
an emphasis on the latest revision of the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure from January. This
webinar will be especially helpful for those prosecuting patent
applications and/or with an interest in statutory compliance with 35
U.S.C. § 101.
