Copyright, Trademark and Patent Webinars for Business Owners

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) will co-host a complementary three part webinar series to help business owners understand the intellectual property process.

The webinar series will teach attendees how to electronically file a copyright, patent, and trademark application.

The series on electronic filing will be held from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. EDT as follows:

  • Tuesday, August 12th – A Copyright Application
  • Wednesday, August 13th – A Trademark Application
  • Thursday, August 14th – A Patent Application

This series will provide minority business owners and innovators with a wealth of information, resources, and tools to protect and promote their intellectual property.
