The USPTO’s Patent Quality Chat webinar series continues June 13,
from noon – 1 p.m. ET on “Patent Quality Metrics.” The speakers
will be discussing the latest evolution of our patent quality metrics that
divides them into:
- Product indicators, focusing on correctness and clarity;
- Process indicators, tracking efficiency and consistency; and
- Perception indicators, validating our first two indicators.
