We recently released our most comprehensive dataset of over 4.4 million office actions onto our Open Data Portal. USPTO

new application program interfaces (APIs) that focus on citations used by examiners to
reject claims using prior art and particular types of rejections used by examiners, such as
rejections under 35 U.S.C. 101 or 35 U.S.C. 103.
The Patent Quality Chat webinar series is
presented as a part of the USPTO’s continuous efforts to improve patent quality. More information is available on the chat event page.
